Elvis Inspired Woody Harrelson     
Was watching The View this morning (11/11/09). they had Woody Harrelson on and asked him how he got into acting. He said when Elvis died he started singing his songs, and in class the students asked him to do his "Elvis". after that a fellow student from theatre invited him to the program and the rest is history for Woody (He sang pretty good too)

Elvis Sighting     
I was gleaming from ear to ear when at the end of "Ghost From Girlfriend Past" I hear Elvis singing "Burning Love" in a scene where Matthew McConaughey is driving a car in order to stop his brother's fiancee from leaving. It was the perfect song for the scene! Love it!

Elvis Aaton Presley Costume on a movie!     
On Friday Night, November 6th 2009! I was watching this movie on television and this kid my age ( approximately) was wearing The Elvis Aaron Presley White Eagle jumpsuit costume in the movie. I was shocked! LOL!

The final question on Jeopardy was name two artists who have been inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame, the Rock "N" Roll Hall of Fame, and the Gospel Hall of Fame. They all were able to name Elvis, and one knew that Johnny Cash was also.

Joe's Crab Shack     
I went to eat at Joe's Crab Shack in Cedar Hill and they have a big cut out of Elvis on the wall. Furthermore they have a table with all Elvis pictures for our delight.

Lego Elvis wins at Legoland California     [ View Image ]
I entered my grandson, Bryce Lach, age 7, into the annual Legoland California Halloween costume contest and he won 3rd place. Would have won 1st place but the judges said they didn't have an Elvis line of toys or figures so 1st went to another costume. Had a great time and everyone wanted a pic with little Lego Elvis.

So i was watching t.v. late one night, and a movie called "Hounddog" comes on starring Dakota Fanning...about a little girl who has a rough sort of life in the 50's...Elvis seemed to be her only sunshine......well he came to town one day, and she was having a hard time getting tickets for his show.......,one night she was walking home and a big 'ol cadillac starts driving up.....(you know who's in it) he's in the backseat and blows her a kiss as they drive by......she froze.....and then started screaming.....hahaaahaha what a great Elvis spotting.....
